MRIDULA SARWAR

Good looking, comfortable and easily handled under power or sail, this yacht is in super condition having been only lightly used since new. Just charter coded and new to our fleet for 2022, she’ll be ideal for a family cruise or for a small group of friends.

Coded for up to six persons, Mridula Sarwar has two generous double sleeping cabins, plus a single and a convertible double dinette berth in the saloon. Her spacious heads also has a good-sized wet locker for oilies, etc. All served by her brand new central heating system! Other home comforts include a TV, a well-equipped galley with fridge, and a radio/CD player.

Her good sized cockpit has wheel steering - with controls and displays for the hydraulic autopilot, wind/speed/depth mounted at either side by the wheel – in front of which is her modern chart plotter/display.

She also has a DSC VHF radio and separate GPS readout at the chart table below.

New inflatable dinghy with outboard for 2022.

Easily sailed with her in-mast furling mainsail and furling genoa, she also boasts a powerful 30hp D1-30 Volvo diesel for when the wind dies and/or blows from the wrong direction!

In short... Mridula Sarwar is a delightful boat for west coast of Scotland cruising with a fresh feel to her and all the home comforts you could ask for.

REVIEWS

"We recently chartered Mridula Sarwar for a long weekend - a shining example of the Bavaria 33 Cruiser. She might be a cruiser, but she can really move, easily reaching sustained speeds of 7/8 knots when close hauled/reaching under full sail in 16/17 knots of true wind. Easily handled by two people. She really is in exemplary condition – felt virtually new. Well equipped, modern, everything in perfect working order. Drop down bathing platform makes coming ashore a breeze when stern to in a marina or boarding tender, or of if you fancy dangling your feet in the water while having a drink at the end of the day!"

"We had a magical time sailing on Mridula Sarwar in the Firth of Clyde during the first two weeks of September – the boat was comfortable and well-equipped, and we were blessed with good weather, perfect sailing conditions and some of the most beautiful sailing scenery we have ever seen. Highlights included drifting through the mystical Kyles of Bute, a night on a mooring at Lochranza watching the setting sun on the hills of Arran and a trip around the Cumbraes with a lunch-time anchorage at Millport. These are memories that we will treasure forever and we hope to return to this beautiful area again one day. We would like to thank Andrew and his father Wilson for their amazing level of professionalism and customer service – they went beyond the call of duty in every respect and we would highly recommend them."
